Registration is available via PERSONAL ACCOUNT of the educational portal of North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov. By creating a personal account on the portal you can receive information about ongoing events, continuing medical education (including applying for education).
Each registered participant will be sent the individual link to access the Congress Web-space. An individual link is the access key to all the activities of the Congress scientific programme and provides a personified record of presence at the online meetings for further obtaining a Congress certificate.
The individual link is valid during all the Congress dates, it can’t be transferred by the owner to another person and it can’t be used on several gadgets simultaneous.
Obtaining a certificate of participation in the Congress
The certificate of participation in the Congress is generated electronically and will be sent to participants at the email addresses provided during registration.
Certificates will be mailed after the Congress according to data accumulated in the system of personalized registration of the online presence of participants. The certificate will indicate the number of academic hours spent by the participant online at the Congress scientific and educational events.
Scientific sessions will be declared for accreditation as educational activities in the system of continuing medical and pharmaceutical education.

Registration Packages
The participation in the Scientific Programme events of the Congress is free of charge for registered participants.
The Preliminary online registration is obligatory and available via site https://mycology.szgmu.ru/registration2020-eng
The registration package includes
- § Congress badge
- § Congress bag
- § Admission to all Scientific programme sessions
- § Admission to the exhibition
- § Welcome Ceremony, Closing Ceremony
An individual barcode will be sent to each on-line registered participant on or prior to 1 week before the Congress in order to allow receiving a badge and the Congress materials in the Congress activity days. The participant should bring the printed barcode to the congress venue. Barcode allows to print the personal badge by scanning the barcode in the registration points during 9-11 November, 2020. A personal badge is valid for all days of the Congress and will get you access to all events of the Scientific Programme and will be used for participants activities evaluation during the Congress for obtaining a certificate of continuing medical education (CME) of Russian Federation.
The Organizing Committee realizes mailing a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one after registration confirmation as a Congress participant. The Organizing Committee doesn’t provide any financial support to participants.

Payment for Publications
Abstracts of the Congress will be published in the journal «Problems in Medical Mycology».
Abstract publication fee is 700 Russian rubles. Students, residents, post-graduate students and participants of the Contest of scientific researches of young scientists and students are exempt from payment for abstract publication. For payment details please contact The Organizing Committee.
